This hotel is located near central plaza, easy walking distance to either areas, 10 minutes drive going to pratunam, room was spacious, modern, clean and had some quirky arty touches in a minimalist sort of way. Breakfast was excellent and staff very helpful. There is also a cute swimming pool and the wi-fi works very well. It is a properly managed hotel.

The swimming pool was clean and a nice place to unwind after a long day. The room was spacious and the bathroom was well equipped. I was impressed with the quality and variety of the food, both for room service dinner and breakfast. Despite the hotel being a bit dated, it offers great value for the price. I appreciated the convenient check-in process, as our room was ready earlier than expected. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

I got the internet problem and I would complain that there were discription of telephone number of contact persons in the room.

The shower and bathtub is excellent. Maybe No. 1 in Khon Kaen City for the room charge. The breakfast is very nice too. The size of the hotel is not so large so very convenient for up and down or in and out.

Now the hotel is too new to stay because of the smell of new paint. No documentation about hotel facilities. I called the front (or operator?) before check out but they had not been anything ready.

The hotel is small and beautifully designed. the location is very convenient and just a short walk from Thanarak Anusorn Public Park. - It is close to various restaurants, shops, markets, and bars.

This new hotel is very contemporary in design. It caters for someone looking for a luxury stay at a reasonable price. It was so great to be in an Esaan hotel that could be located in any capital city in the world. Top staff as well. Great location for shopping and nightclubs. I only hope that they maintain their facilities and keep it in great shape for future guests. So many Thai hotels build beautiful and then do no more in upkeep.

Small complaint. Very poor lighting at the entrance doorway (to keep the mood of the room) also meant that it was tough to work the airconditioning contols.

Brand new boutique hotel. Friendly staffs. Nice breakfast. Room well equipped for romantic weekend (kinky!)

The guestrooms at Glacier Hotel Khon Kaen are fantastic! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like free WiFi and safes. The rooms are air-conditioned and come with a flat-screen TV and a fridge. There's even a seating area in some units to relax after a long day. It feels like home away from home!

Personally, I found the bathroom amenities in the room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just me!

my stay was great staff very polite and helpful, hotel presented very well and reastaraunt food very well priced enjoyed stay very much. Would recomend to any one.

pool could be heated

The hotel is very modern and clean, the staff are very helpful, breakfast is always very good even the coffee. I will always use this hotel when stopping in Khon Kaen for future trips.

stayed at the hotel before and little to complain about, but the lighting especially in the bathroom is inadequate. also noise levels on the front elevations rooms could be a problem if you don't have the air con switched on in your room to drown out the music from the clubs nearby. The grand deluxe room was no different to the deluxe rooms my friends stayed in during our trip, so was not worth the extra cost in my opinion.

The staff here were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offered a great spread of delicious food.
